    W822
    Mechanical arm with adjustable vertical axis.

    The vertical axis uses a rack and pinion drive. The W822 model with a stroke of 1,000mm or 1,200mm can move a payload of 15 kg; the model with a stroke of 1,400 mm can move a payload of 12 kg.

    W831 and W832
    The two robotic arms feature a sturdy, large steel main beam that maintains a wider distance between the main bearings, resulting in a longer swing stroke of up to 900 mm (35.4") and a reach of 1,190 mm (46.9). "); vertical travel can be up to 1,600 mm (63").

    W831

    The W831 uses the same boom design as the W821, but has a vertical stroke of up to 1,400 mm (55"). Due to the high boom running time, the payload can be up to 10 kg (22 lbs); the W831 is suitable for clamping forces. It is one of our hot products for use in over 500 tons of injection molding machines.
    W832

    The vertical arm is a rigid-rolled aluminum construction with two high-capacity linear bearings with a maximum length of 1,600 mm (63"). The designed payload is 20 kg (44 lbs) and provides a high torque C-axis. Rotate for workpiece placement; W832 is suitable for a variety of insertion work, is a model favored by customers.



    W842
    The medium-sized robotic arm for moving heavier payloads can be flexibly used in a variety of medium-sized injection molding machines with a clamping force of less than 800 tons.

    The W842’s new robotic arm differs in that its vertical shaft is driven by a gear and rack mechanism. Therefore, the W842 can move up to 25 kg of payload. The length of the horizontal axis is extremely flexible (maximum length can be around 20 meters). This robotic arm can be equipped with a variety of automation features such as servo rotary axes, spare I/O modules, and vacuum and clamping circuit. The WITTMANN robotic arm uses WITTMANN’s own controller with TruePath, SmartRemoval, EcoMode, Find’nPick, SmartStart and DynamicDrive. Real-time functions such as dynamic drive, and access to the Internet, have the advantages of extremely easy operation and high productivity.



    W833 and W843
    All large robotic arms from the W833 model, as standard, are equipped with There are WITTMANN patented telescopic booms.

    The main vertical arm is driven by the rack and pinion mechanism. The forearm is driven by a belt that doubles the speed.

    W843
    This model greatly enhances the strength of the main beam. The swing arm features a double-walled, reinforced rolled profile construction that can move up to 35 kg (77 lb) payload; the vertical stroke can be up to 2,600 mm (102"), suitable for Stacking pallets on the floor of the workshop.




    W837
    The robot arm for horizontal shifting can have a payload of up to 50 kg.
    The W837 robot has the advantage of moving the fastest along the horizontal axis and is suitable for injection molding machines with a clamping force of up to 700 tons.
