Robotic arm control
Robotic arm control
  • Detail

To avoid unintended operation, the hand controller can be removed directly from the secondary controller that contains the main operating functions of the robot. The learning program can be saved to the supplied USB flash drive via an integrated USB port or saved to an integrated flash memory card.
    Advantages:
Easy to get started, the staff only needs a very short training period.
Every operation of the robot arm can be freely programmed.
The robotic arm can be diagnosed with unlimited diagnostic possibilities.
The maintenance interval can be viewed.
Different user types have different programming permissions.

    Comprehensive flexibility
Current R8.3 controllers place particular emphasis on ease of operation and ease of communication and interactivity between injection molding machines. At the same time, the controller also maximizes the intuitiveness of the interface in the design, so that new users can get started quickly. Thanks to years of experience, the text editor is a very effective tool. For this reason, we have retained this tool, but at the same time it is supported by powerful graphics-based programming tools. With the help of the newly developed QuickNew helper, a complete set of programming sequences can be generated in just seven steps. With the aid of images and animations, the QuickNew helper guides the user through the entire programming process of the system. When creating a program, first choose the type of demoulding (vacuum or fixture type), then the stack type. For example, after determining whether the acceptable quality is stored separately or after the gate has to be ejected, the sequence of motion of the mold area can be determined and a basic procedure can be generated. Then, you can use the QuickEdit function to easily perform actual position learning. The QuickEdit feature is the same as the previous version.
