The working principle of ultrasonic cleaner:
Ultrasonic cleaning machine uses vibrating sound waves with a frequency higher than 17-30KHz per second to produce millions of tiny bubbles in a solution made of special cleaning agents. These small bubbles are rapidly compressed and expanded, so that The dirt in the irregular shape or crevice of the object to be cleaned is shaken off the surface to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
The structure of the ultrasonic cleaning machine generally has two forms: the ultrasonic power supply and the cleaner are integrated or separated. Generally, the low-power (below 200W) cleaning machine uses an integrated structure, while the high-power cleaning machine adopts a split structure. The split structure of the ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of three main parts

(1) Cleaning cylinder; (2) Ultrasonic generator; (3) Ultrasonic transducer.
Cleaning tank: The cleaning tank is a stainless steel container used to load cleaning liquid and workpieces to be cleaned. Most workpieces can be installed in the mesh frame first, and then put them into the tank for cleaning.
Ultrasonic generator: Ultrasonic generators for ultrasonic cleaning machines can be divided into electronic tube type, thyristor type and transistor type from the types of components used. In recent years, it has developed into the way of using high-power "power module". Its output power ranges from tens of watts to several kilowatts, and its operating frequency ranges from 15kHz-40kHz.
